1. Usage Agreement

By accessing and using weFixPDF, you agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and process using our services. Do not upload files that contain illegal content, malware, or material that violates the rights of others.

2. No Login Required

weFixPDF tools are designed for instant use without login or signup. Users can convert files anonymously without creating an account. We do not collect personal information during tool usage.

3. Service Scope

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain reliable tools, we do not guarantee that conversions will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

4. Limitation of Liability

weFixPDF shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, file corruption, conversion errors, or damages resulting from the use of our tools. Users should always keep backups of important documents before processing them. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero, as the service is provided free of charge.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the files you upload. However, all website elements including design, branding, logos, and code belong to weFixPDF and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

6. User Obligations

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or bypass security mechanisms of the platform. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or tools to bulk-process files without prior written consent. Malicious use or misuse of services may result in restricted or blocked access.

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload files that contain: illegal material, content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks, malware or harmful code, adult or explicit content, or any material that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

9. Service Availability
